Profile:

My current research interests are about Galapagos pinnipeds cranial morphometry and how environmental variation and ecological factors might modify and influence these endangered species’ morphology among the bioregions in the Galapagos archipelago. I will also analyze how the highly fluctuating environmental factors in the archipelago such as El Niño event might foster differences in the alimentary ontogeny and duration of lactation period (as a proxy of maternal investment) in the Galapagos pinnipeds’ populations among bioregions based on isotopic analysis.
